This statement clarifies that we are not responsible for orders that are lost due to various circumstances, including:
- Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an inaccurate address, including errors from typos or auto-correct mistakes.
- Change of Address: If the customer changes their address or moves after placing the order.
- Theft After Delivery: If the package is stolen after it has been delivered.
- Rejection Upon Delivery: If the package is rejected upon delivery by a doorman or another third party.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: As we no longer use a return address, incomplete or incorrect addresses—such as missing unit numbers—can prevent delivery. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend that customers double-check their address details before placing an order. If any corrections are necessary, please contact us promptly before completing payment.

Once you’re ready, click “Proceed to Checkout.” This will take you to the checkout page: https://microdosemushroomcanada.ca/checkout/.
For New Customers:
If it’s your first time ordering, you’ll need to fill out the required information at checkout.
For Returning Customers:
Log in to your account at checkout, and your details (address, name, email, etc.) will automatically fill in. Once everything is correct, click “Place Order.” On the confirmation page, you’ll receive instructions on how to send an Interac e-Transfer for payment.
Important: Your order will be processed and shipped once we’ve received your e-Transfer. After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number for your order.

Yes, we take great care in packaging your order, ensuring it is securely vacuum-sealed for protection. This not only safeguards your purchase but also maintains your privacy. We use Canada Post mailers that are both secure and discreet.
Our customer service team is available via live chat Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 10 PM PST, and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM PST. You can also reach us by email at [email protected]. Please note, our phone number is temporarily unavailable.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
Orders and payments received by 9 AM PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM PST will be shipped on the next business day.
If you’d like to make changes or add to your order, you’ll need to place a new order with us. To cancel your existing order, please reach out to our customer service team via Live Chat. Once your order is being processed, completed, or shipped, we are unable to modify the items or shipping address.
All sales are final. We can only offer store credit or a replacement package for reimbursements. We do not provide cash refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Payment and Fees
We accept payments exclusively through Interac E-transfer and Bitcoin, as these are secure payment methods.
Interac E-transfer is available for most Canadian banks and credit unions. Please follow the payment instructions provided in your order’s invoice email, which also gives you an opportunity to review your order details before completing the transfer.
For Bitcoin payments, a QR code and wallet address will be provided after your order is placed for your convenience.
Orders will only be shipped once payment has been confirmed, and processing will begin thereafter.
We ship all orders via Canada Post. Orders totaling over $150 before tax and after discounts will qualify for free shipping. For orders that do not meet this requirement, a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.99 will apply.
Once the E-Transfer is sent, it will be automatically deposited into our account. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to verify the payment and process your order. After verification and processing, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number as your order is on its way.
Please use your online banking or credit union service to send an E-Transfer to us. It’s quick, secure, and only takes a few minutes to complete. *Note: We do not accept “Money Transfers.”
After placing your order, the next step is to send your E-Transfer payment. We will hold the order until the payment is received. If payment is not received within two days, the order will be cancelled.
Shipping/Handling/Tracking
We strive to maintain the highest standards in all our products, but we recognize that rising temperatures may lead to unexpected issues. If you receive any items that do not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team right away. Our dedicated staff will quickly address your concerns and take the necessary steps to resolve the situation. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to finding an appropriate solution based on your specific circumstances.
If you need to update your shipping address, you can do so in your account profile.
If you need to change the shipping address for an order you placed, please contact customer service immediately. We will not be able to change the shipping address on the package once your order has been dropped off at Canada Post.
The tracking number will be provided on the order complete email notification.
We suggest selecting the “Require a signature upon delivery (optional)” option at checkout to help prevent theft and ensure your order isn’t left outside in extreme temperatures.
There are two possible explanations:
- The postal worker may have delivered the package to the wrong mailbox.
- The postal worker may have scanned the package as “successfully delivered,” but it could actually be delivered the next business day.
Canada Post suggests that an investigation can be initiated by reaching out to the addressee to confirm whether the delivery took place or to better understand their mail reception process. It may be helpful to check the front desk, mail room, or security room at the delivery address to see if the package was accepted by someone else on behalf of the addressee.
Additional areas to check include:
- The community mailbox
- The surrounding area to see if the package was left in another location
- The mailbox itself
In some cases, the delivery scan is recorded in the system before the package is actually delivered. If you believe the package has been received before we contact you, please respond to this email and confirm that the item has been received.
Orders over $500 are shipped with a “Signature Required” for security purposes. If you prefer not to have this, you can leave a note on your order requesting “No Signature Required.”
If you’re tracking the package with Canada Post, this is likely due to human error. It’s possible that the postal worker may have misread or mistyped the postal code. Even a small mistake, like one incorrect letter or digit, can cause the package to be sent to the wrong city. This typically leads to a delay of 1-2 days while the package is rerouted to its correct destination.
Most packages are delivered on time or within a day of the expected delivery. Sometimes, tracking information may not update due to a missed scan, which is a common issue. If your package hasn’t arrived within two days of the expected delivery date, please contact us, and we’ll initiate a trace with the post office.
We send the tracking number via email before scanning the package at the post office. It won’t appear as trackable on the Canada Post website until the package is scanned in. The correct tracking details should be available by the end of the business day. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with a location before reaching out to us.
